We suggest having two servings for two days to boost, then one per day to maintain.

Everyone's body is different and will show different results. While most breastfeeding mothers won’t see results after one use, it's possible. We suggest waiting three to seven days before expecting to see the benefits of Lacsnac. If you don't see results in one week, we recommend speaking with your doctor.

Customize however you’d like. You’re more than welcome to add your favorite ingredients to any Lacsnac product. Take your overnight oats to the next level and add fresh fruit, or if you want to satisfy that sweet tooth, stir in extra chips to your chocolate chip cookies.

Yes! There’s enough Lacsnac love to go around. They're safe for the whole family to eat. Only the breastfeeding mother will receive the milky benefits.

Best tasting brewer's yeast product I've found

I saw an ad on Facebook for these overnight oats and ended up buying from there. I’ve been looking for different options to increase my milk supply, and these oats seemed like a good fit since I heard wonder stories from brewer’s yeast. So… I gave into the 28-day pack. They were delivered so fast! After eating the suggested two servings for two days, then one to maintain my production, I noticed an increase in supply. I’ve been pumping nearly 6 extra ounces since I got these.

I loved how easy it was to make and the taste was great and I absolutely love the texture — just the right amount of creamy. Left me super full and energized throughout the day until lunch.

Milk makers!!

I noticed an increase in my milk production after my first serving! I ate these for breakfast last week and woke up to me leaking on my bed sheets. A great problem to have! And that’s even after my son cluster fed through the night. I actually pumped 8oz from 1 breast! That’s unheard of for me considering it was around 3 oz per breast before. Repurchasing my next batch right now!
